SERVICE ADVISOR – MAZDA & KIA DEALERSHIP

Location: San Antonio
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $65,000 – $120,000 per year
Are you a customer-focused automotive professional with 3–4 years of dealership experience? Do you have hands-on knowledge of Mazda and/or Kia vehicles and thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment?

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–4 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised dealership (Mazda or Kia experience required)
  • Proficient in managing repair orders, estimates, and service workflow
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with dealer management systems (DMS)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing Mazda and Kia service departments. As a key point of contact for our customers, you’ll serve as the bridge between the service technicians and vehicle owners—ensuring all service needs are met with transparency, accuracy, and outstanding customer care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome and consult with customers regarding their vehicle concerns
  • Accurately write repair orders and provide cost/time estimates
  • Communicate customer issues effectively to technicians
  • Provide timely updates to customers throughout the service process
  • Recommend and upsell services based on manufacturer guidelines
  • Maintain strong CSI scores and uphold dealership service standards
