We have successfully been in business for over 20 years! We have TONS of work and as a result, our shop is in need of a Service Coordinator to oversee and manage the reconditioning process, to ensure our vehicles are efficiently prepared for the front line and ready for sale.

• Oversee and manage the reconditioning process, ensuring vehicles are efficiently prepared for the front line and ready for sale
• Maintain a steady flow of reconditioned inventory while meeting quality standards
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely delivery of vehicles
• Check in inventory upon arrival
• Communicate with customers regarding the progress of repairs on their vehicles
• Handle customer repairs professionally and promptly
• Create repair orders for technicians
• Assign work to technicians based on priority and skill set
• Order parts needed for repairs
• Complete all paperwork with a high degree of accuracy
