What You’ll Do Support and lead operations across multiple shops within the district Step in where needed to uphold service, safety, and performance standards Build trust-driven customer relationships Coach, train, and develop service advisors and shop teams Manage shop performance with a strong understanding of P&L and KPIs Lead by example—professionalism, accountability, and culture matter here Prepare to transition into your own shop as a Service Manager Requirements Who We’re Looking For Ability to travel and support multi shops within the district.
