What You'll Do: As the Operating Partner, you will lead the overall success of the shop. Key responsibilities include: Lead, coach, and develop the shop team Manage daily shop operations and workflow Maintain company standards, systems, and values Sell repair and maintenance services using transparent communication Monitor technician productivity and shop efficiency Conduct hiring, onboarding, and training of team members Perform employee coaching and performance reviews Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and warranty administration Monitor financial performance and shop profitability Handle customer concerns and service recovery Ensure shop safety and operational standards Great leaders in this role believe no task is too small when it comes to supporting the team and serving customers.
