JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager in CODY, WYOMING to lead our service department and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive service management, with a focus on both technical expertise and exceptional customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing service operations, including overseeing service technicians, maintaining quality standards, and driving sales through effective upselling strategies.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in auto service management within a dealership environment is preferred.
  • Strong background in automotive repair with hands-on mechanic experience.
  • Familiarity with various aspects of vehicle maintenance, including alignment, suspension, tire service, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and auto body repair.
  • Demonstrated ability in automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
  • Experience in managing a team of service technicians while promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
