Are you an experienced automotive service leader looking for your next opportunity? Gary Moe Mazda is seeking a motivated and results-driven Service Manager to oversee our Service Department and ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction and operational success.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, train, and inspire the Service team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage daily service operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to dealership standards.
• Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction, gross profit, productivity, and shop efficiency.
• Oversee scheduling, workflow, and capacity planning to maximize service output.
• Collaborate closely with Parts, Sales, and Finance departments to ensure seamless operations and customer care.
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer policies, warranty procedures, and safety standards.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly while protecting dealership interests.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous leadership experience in a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager role within an automotive dealership.
• Mazda brand experience is not required, but considered an asset.
• Experience with PBS dealership software strongly preferred.
• Strong business acumen with a proven ability to meet financial and performance targets.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• High attention to detail, organization, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
