OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a proven track record in dealership operations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and sales acumen to drive the success of our automotive service team.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in an automotive dealership setting is highly preferred.
  • Strong mechanical background with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
  • Proven customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
  • Sales experience, particularly in upselling automotive services, is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
