This role is key to maintaining high standards, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient workflow. Responsibilities: Lead and coach shop staff; manage scheduling and performance. Oversee workflow, inventory, and vendor relationships. Sell repairs/services and help achieve sales goals. Handle customer service issues and maintain shop safety. Manage costs and P&L performance. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. 2+ years automotive shop management experience. 1+ year in sales or proven ability to sell. Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
