Description Service Manager – Probilt Automotive (Preston Hwy) Company: GreatWater 360 Auto Care Location: 4106 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40213 Shop Hours: M-F: 8:00AM-5:30PM EST About the Role: We’re looking for a Service Manager to lead our team, manage shop operations, and drive sales. This role is key to maintaining high standards, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient workflow. Responsibilities: Lead and coach shop staff; manage scheduling and performance. Oversee workflow, inventory, and vendor relationships. Sell repairs/services and help achieve sales goals. Handle customer service issues and maintain shop safety. Manage costs and P&L performance. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. 2+ years automotive shop management experience. 1+ year in sales or proven ability to sell. Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
