Requirements What We’re Looking For: 4+ years automotive shop management experience 3+ year sales experience or strong service sales ability Strong leadership and team development skills Experience managing technicians and service advisors Ability to manage workflow, productivity, and shop performance Comfortable reviewing financial reports and shop KPIs Strong communication and problem-solving skills High school diploma or GED required Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
