This role oversees daily shop operations, supports teammates, drives sales, and ensures an outstanding customer experience. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop shop teammates Manage workflow, dispatching, scheduling, and shop operations Sell recommended repairs & services Handle customer concerns and maintain high service standards Manage inventory, warranties, daily reconciliation, and vendor invoices Support hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and accountability Assist wherever needed to keep the shop running smoothly What You Need 2+ years automotive shop management experience Sales experience or strong sales ability Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to interpret shop metrics & support P&L goals Valid driver’s license; ability to lift 50 lbs Why Join GreatWater 360 Auto Care?
