Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Automotive Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our service department. You’ll lead a team of talented technicians and act as the service advisor, ensure an excellent customer experience, and help drive the continued success of our service operations. We’re looking for someone who leads by example, motivates their team, and knows how to balance efficiency with personal service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage a team of service technicians and act as the service advisor
  • Oversee service scheduling, shop workflow, and technician productivity
  • Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at every touchpoint
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and escalations with care and professionalism
  • Monitor service department performance metrics (labor sales, efficiency, customer satisfaction, etc.)
  • Collaborate with parts department to ensure timely service completion
  • Hire, train, and mentor service department staff
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
