POSITION SUMMARY:

The Automotive Services Salesperson plays a key role in connecting customers with the services their vehicles need. This individual will assess customer needs, explain maintenance and repair options, and provide proactive solutions to keep vehicles running safely and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for generating sales, scheduling appointments, and ensuring each customer leaves satisfied with the service provided.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or service advising preferred
  • Previous automotive sales, Door-to- Door or cold sale experience an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-first mindset with a professional demeanor
  • Basic understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance services
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with service management or CRM software is a plus

Stay current with evolving automotive technologies, services, and industry best practices.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with service technicians and internal staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Post-Service Follow-Up:

Conduct follow-up calls or communications to confirm service satisfaction and address any concerns.
