We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Service Specialist to join our team. QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in an automotive dealership or service center is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and equipment is essential.
• Experience in service writing and managing customer interactions effectively.
• Knowledge of various automotive systems including transmissions, air brakes, suspension, shocks & struts and engine repair is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.

• Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs.

• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs and repair options.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.
• Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist in auto estimating for repairs and services needed, providing clear explanations to customers.
