Position: Automotive Service Technician (Full-Time, Permanent)
Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay: $32.00 – $40.00 per hour (Straight Time)
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Saturday availability)

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
  • Red Seal Certification or 310S License (preferred).
  • Experience with a variety of vehicle makes and models.

SKILLS:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic ability.
  • Proficient with modern diagnostic equipment and repair software.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid Driver’s License (required).
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Mississauga, ON.
Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Diagnostics & Repair: Accurately diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles (domestic and import) in accordance with manufacturer and company standards.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine services including oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, fluid flushes, and battery replacements.
  • Technical Expertise: Address complex mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and scan equipment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure clear communication of repair needs and timelines to customers.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform final checks to ensure vehicles are road-ready, maintaining a high level of workmanship and safety.
  • Shop Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete work orders and repair reports.
