Requirements Responsibilities Perform routine automotive maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections). Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, from minor to major. Document all work performed accurately. Follow safety protocols and maintain shop standards. Collaborate with team members to support workflow and customer satisfaction. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license (required). VA State Inspector License (preferred). Experience in Automotive Technology or dealership service departments preferred. Skill level ranging from basic to expert in mechanical and electrical repair. Skills & Competencies Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and with a team. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
