Description

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and LICENSED Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a Red Seal Certificate, minimum of 10 years experience, strong mechanical background and a passion for automotive repair.

SKILLS

  • Ability to maintain and repair all types/makes of vehicles efficiently
  • Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems
  • Experience working in an automotive repair shop is required
  • Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Valid BC drivers license to do road tests and have safe driving skills
  • Capability to assemble and disassemble vehicle parts as required
  • Physical strength for heavy lifting tasks
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, oil changes, tire rotations, brake replacements and a/c repairs
  • Diagnose and repair all types of faults, mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles
  • Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required
  • Use hand tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure excellent customer service
  • Lift heavy parts or equipment when necessary
