Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of vehicle services and modifications, including brake repairs, suspension systems, and alignment.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the best possible service and customer satisfaction.
- Work independently and demonstrate a high level of self-motivation.
- Maintain a punctual and professional attitude.
- Communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies.
- Mentor and train apprentice technicians (if interested in a leadership role).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
- Proven experience with brake repairs, suspension systems, and alignment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions.
- Commitment to excellence and pride in workmanship.
- Willingness to learn and grow as part of a dynamic team.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Must have own tools suitable for performing the required tasks as a General Automotive Technician.
- Maintain a punctual and professional attitude.
- Communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies.
- Prior experience training or mentoring junior technicians, or a strong interest in doing so.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong leadership qualities and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities within the team.
- Patience and a genuine desire to help others succeed in the industry.
