Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of vehicle services and modifications, including brake repairs, suspension systems, and alignment.
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the best possible service and customer satisfaction.
  • Work independently and demonstrate a high level of self-motivation.
  • Maintain a punctual and professional attitude.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies.
  • Mentor and train apprentice technicians (if interested in a leadership role).

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
  • Proven experience with brake repairs, suspension systems, and alignment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions.
  • Commitment to excellence and pride in workmanship.
  • Willingness to learn and grow as part of a dynamic team.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
  • Must have own tools suitable for performing the required tasks as a General Automotive Technician.
  • Maintain a punctual and professional attitude.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies.
  • Prior experience training or mentoring junior technicians, or a strong interest in doing so.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong leadership qualities and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities within the team.
  • Patience and a genuine desire to help others succeed in the industry.
