Job Title: Automotive Apprentice (2–3 Years Experience) – Nanaimo, BC

We’re looking for a motivated second- or third-year automotive apprentice (AC certification preferred) to join our busy and expanding dealership in the heart of beautiful Nanaimo, BC. This is your chance to work alongside experienced Red Seal technicians, develop your skills, and grow within a respected group of dealerships across BC, Vancouver Island, and Alberta.
About the Role
As an apprentice, you’ll be hands-on with vehicle repairs and maintenance, learning advanced diagnostics, and getting exposure to OEM training. You’ll work closely with our technicians and service team to build your career path toward becoming a fully certified automotive technician.
What You’ll Do
Assist with diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles
Perform inspections and basic repairs under supervision
Learn OEM-specific procedures and tools
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow shop safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
Support the service team with workflow and vehicle preparation

What We’re Looking For
Currently registered as a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice with AC certification preferred, in automotive service
Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
Passion for the automotive industry
