JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers. This role requires mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic is preferred; dealership experience is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
  • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment.
  • Experience with welding is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) safely.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repair or replacement.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding their vehicle’s performance and necessary repairs while providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Handle heavy lifting of automotive parts and equipment as required.
