WE OFFER: * Competitive compensation structure, including a base salary plus commission, with expected annual earnings of $50,000–$125,000 * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off program, including vacation and company-recognized holidays * Ongoing training and professional development to support career advancement * 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions *   RESPONSIBILITIES: * Efficiently perform all work specified on repair orders in strict adherence to dealership and manufacturer standards. * Conduct comprehensive test-drives and systematically evaluate vehicle systems using advanced diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment. * Expertly diagnose, maintain, and repair complex automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning. * Collaborate closely with Service Advisors to communicate findings, provide accurate labor time estimates, and recommend additional services when necessary. * Execute warranty repairs in full compliance with manufacturer specifications, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. * Uphold safety protocols and technical standards to maintain operational excellence and minimize vehicle downtime. REQUIREMENTS: * Automotive Service Experience: Previous experience in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of automotive systems is preferred, including engines, transmissions, electrical, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems. Familiarity with dealership procedures and manufacturer service standards is highly valued. * Technical Proficiency: Skilled in the use of diagnostic tools, specialized service equipment, and test-driving procedures to accurately identify vehicle issues and perform high-quality repairs. * Teamwork & Communication: Strong ability to collaborate effectively with Service Advisors, technicians, and other team members. Capable of following detailed instructions, maintaining clear communication, and delivering exceptional customer service. * Problem-Solving & Initiative: Demonstrates sound judgment in assessing repair needs, recommending additional services, and providing accurate labor time estimates. Ability to troubleshoot complex automotive issues efficiently. * Licensing & Compliance: Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and adhere to all safety, regulatory, and manufacturer guidelines during service procedures. * Professionalism & Work Ethic: Committed to delivering precise, timely, and reliable service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and upholding the reputation of the dealership.
