We are seeking experienced Automotive Technicians who take pride in their craft. WHAT YOU’LL DO Perform vehicle repair and maintenance Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues Conduct multi-point inspections Communicate with Service Advisors and Parts Document work on repair orders Maintain tool inventory Participate in training and certification programs SUCCESS METRICS Flat-rate productivity Repair quality Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Requirements REQUIREMENTS 3+ years automotive technician experience GM Technician experience is preferred High school diploma or equivalent Technical training Valid driver’s license CAREER GROWTH Master Technician Diagnostic Specialist Service Advisor Service Management COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive pay - $25.00 - $50.00 based on experience Up to 5K sign on for qualified candidates 401(k) with match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Employee discounts All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
