SKILLS

• Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required
• Proficient in automotive repair techniques and mechanical knowledge
• Experience with welding is a plus
• Strong familiarity with schematics and assembly processes
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely as part of the job requirements
• Excellent customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction
• Competence in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

• Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting on vehicles to identify issues
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various automotive systems
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop
