WHAT YOU’LL DO Perform vehicle repair and maintenance Diagnose mechanical, electrical and transmission issues Communicate with Service Advisors and Parts Document work on repair orders Participate in training and certification programs Requirements REQUIREMENTS 2+ years automotive technician experience repairing transmissions in a dealership is required Ford training is highly preferred High school diploma or equivalent Technical training Valid driver’s license COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive pay - $100K - $175K based on experience 401(k) with match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Employee discounts All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
