Full service automotive shop. Looking for clean, professional candidate to act as a service writer. This position requires great customer service skills and strong phone presence. We would prefer someone with some automotive vehicle knowledge since you will be explaining services required and suggested during everyday employment. - Technical sales knowledge to assist customers with automotive service
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and staff
- Bilingual proficiency to cater to a diverse customer base (not required)
- Upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Proficiency in technology sales to promote electronic devices
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory
- Cash handling experience to manage payments securely
- Familiarity with Point of Sale Tekmetric (POS) systems for efficient transactions
- Strong organizational skills to maintain store layout and inventory management
