REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a receptionist is must.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Able to multitask, communicate well, and collaborate with the team
  • Role involves moving, organizing, and cleaning the office area
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (may need to retrieve or move tires from shelves)
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele.
