We are looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Shop Manager to lead one of our busy, full-service automotive repair shops. This is a key leadership role where you’ll take charge of daily operations, manage staff, interact with customers, and help grow the business. If you know how to run a shop, sell work, and keep a team motivated, this could be the opportunity for you.

We are a locally owned and operated automotive business with four locations and over 30 years of success in the industry. Our shops are known for quality work, excellent customer service, and long-term relationships with both clients and staff. We offer full mechanical services with a dependable and skilled team of licensed techs and apprentices.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and workflow
• Sell repair and maintenance work confidently and professionally
• Supervise and support licensed mechanics and apprentices
• Create, finalize, and explain invoices
• Manage shop efficiency, customer satisfaction, and staff performance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive environment

Who We’re Looking For

• A licensed mechanic OR someone with substantial experience running a busy automotive shop
• Proven ability to sell jobs and connect with customers
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Familiarity with invoicing systems and shop software (or quick to learn)
• A people person with strong communication skills
• Someone dependable, driven, and ready to take ownership of the shop’s success
