As our Automotive Steel Sales & After-Sales Representative, you will: Drive Growth & Customer Success * Build and expand relationships with top Korean OEMs and Tier suppliers * Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts * Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, volumes, contracts) * Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations Connect Europe & Korea * Act as the key interface between Korean customers and European production teams * Coordinate orders, production planning, and delivery timelines * Ensure smooth communication on lead times, specifications, and supply status Ensure Seamless Delivery * Manage the full order-to-delivery lifecycle * Coordinate shipments, logistics, and import processes * Oversee customs clearance and port operations (Busan, Incheon, Gwangyang) Deliver Exceptional After-Sales Support * Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and technical questions * Manage complaint resolution (NCRs, 8D processes) with European quality teams * Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction Collaborate Across Borders * Work closely with international teams in Sales, Supply Chain, and Quality * Provide market insights and customer feedback to European headquarters   What's expected from you: Experience & Expertise * 7+ years in steel sales, automotive materials, or similar B2B environment * Strong understanding of the Korean automotive ecosystem * Experience working with international supply chains (Europe preferred) * Proven track record in customer management and commercial negotiations * Knowledge of automotive steel grades (AHSS, UHSS, coated steels) as well as experience with S&OP, VMI, or JIT processes preferred * Familiarity with Korean import/export procedures supportive Skills * Strong commercial mindset with technical curiosity * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * Structured, solution-oriented approach to complex challenges * Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems Languages * Korean (native) * English (business fluent) * German or French is a plus    What We Offer to you * A high-impact international role at the intersection of Europe and Asia * Exposure to leading automotive OEMs and cutting-edge steel technologies * Strong career development opportunities within a global organization * A collaborative and multicultural working environment ArcelorMittal is the world's leading steel and mining company, with a presence in 60 countries and primary steelmaking facilities in 15 countries.
