Description STORE MANAGER – AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE Grand Rapids, MI (Plainfield Ave) Full-Time COMPENSATION Base salary plus performance-based incentives Total compensation opportunity increases with store performance ABOUT THE ROLE Righter’s Auto Repair is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Plainfield Ave location in Grand Rapids. This is a high-responsibility leadership role within a growing automotive service business. The store currently generates approximately $130,000 in monthly revenue, with a clear objective to grow significantly through improved operations, leadership, and team development. This role is ideal for a manager who wants to take ownership of a location, lead a team, and grow alongside a company that is actively expanding. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage day-to-day operations in a high-volume automotive service environment • Lead, coach, and develop service advisors and technicians • Drive sales, productivity, and operational efficiency • Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience • Monitor key performance indicators and address performance gaps • Maintain organization, workflow, and scheduling discipline • Support hiring, training, and retention of team members • Uphold company standards, processes, and core values QUALIFICATIONS • Previous experience managing an automotive repair shop or similar service-based business preferred • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results • Strong communication and organizational skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment • Solutions-focused and accountable leadership style Leadership experience in other high-volume service industries may be considered.
