You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive crew that keeps our customers happy and our operations running smoothly. In the position of Automotive Support Specialist (Detailing, Parts & Shuttle Driving) you will be directly reporting to the Fix Operations Manager.

You will be accountable for:

• Keep vehicles looking their best through professional detailing
• Receive, organize and deliver automotive parts
• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership/service center
• Move and stage vehicles as needed for service or delivery
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service at every interaction
• Other duties as needed.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A valid driver’s license with clean driver abstracts and be familiar with both manual and automatic transmission types.
• Detail-oriented with pride in quality work
• Customer-focused attitude and great communication skills
• Able to work on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle multiple tasks
• Experience in detailing, parts or shuttle driving a plus (training available)
