Job Title: Automotive Technical Support and Training Engineer Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person visits - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products - Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers - Develop and maintain training materials and manuals - Train employees on new automotive technologies and procedures - Stay updated on the latest industry developments and incorporate them into training programs - Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide technical solutions - Participate in product development and testing to provide feedback on technical aspects - Travel to customer sites for on-site technical support and training as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues - Provide technical support during product launches and events - Assist with developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or training in the automotive industry - Strong knowledge of automotive technology and systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
