We are a busy service department and never a slow period. Come see our state-of-the-art climate controlled shop today! $20-$55/hr based upon your certifications and experience. **Ask about our Tenure Bonus program that begins at 6 months from hire date. Bonus pay up to $3.50 per flat rate hour!!! Job Description The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. S/he also will oversee the work of any apprentice technician assigned to him/her. Duties and Responsibilities Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards. Road-test drive vehicles Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems. Communicate directly with Service Advisor to ensure customers are informed if any additional services are needed. Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Document work performed. Attend factory-sponsored training classes. Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins. Qualifications Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance Strong customer service skills - High CSI is a must Must be authorized to work in the US Valid driver’s license and a good driving record Must be comfortable with pre-employment requirements, including: Drug testing, background check, and Motor Vehicle Report Desired Qualifications: ASE or Manufacturer training Computer skills and willingness to learn new problems Previous experience at an an automotive dealership Additional Information It's time to make the move...
