What You’ll Do: Perform advanced steering and suspension inspections and repairs Diagnose and repair advanced brake and braking system issues Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair Diagnose and repair basic electrical systems Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) to accurately identify vehicle needs Perform scheduled maintenance services and flush services Perform tire service, rotations, repairs, and TPMS service Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Work collaboratively with service advisors and team members to ensure accurate repairs and excellent customer service Maintaining a minimum of 75% labor productivity when comparing attendance hours to invoiced hours What We Offer: $47,840 – $ 95,030+ annually depending on productivity Paid training and professional development ASE certification incentives Modern diagnostic tools and equipment Supportive team environment Career advancement opportunities Stable workflow and professional shop environment As a GreatWater garage, we believe in developing technicians and supporting career advancement.
