• Diagnosis: Identify vehicle problems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks like oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations.
• Repairs: Repair or replace worn or damaged parts, including mechanical and electrical components.
• Customer Communication: Explain vehicle issues and repairs to customers in a clear and understandable way.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of vehicle service and repairs.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure tools and equipment are in good working order.
• Quality Control: Test and verify that repairs are completed correctly.
