Our programs are designed to improve your life at work and at home. * Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance * Paid Maternity & Paternity after one year of employment * Paid Training * Career Advancement * 401(K) and profit sharing * Compensation based on experience Responsibilities * Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, and other maintenance services. * Install batteries and check electrical systems * Properly fill out a multi-point inspection on vehicles, prioritize NEEDS and recommendations for the customer, and relay this information to the service advisor * Must keep the vehicle you are working on clean and free of grease and oil * Maintain an organized, neat, and safe bay * Ability to road test vehicles (manual & automatic transmissions) * Applies proper use of PPE and adheres to safety standards in the shop environment.
