If you’re a motivated professional who values quality, teamwork, and continuous development, this might be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.   The Drive Ahead * Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance according to OEM standards * Accurately complete multi-point inspections and recommend required services * Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure clear and effective communication with customers * Complete repair orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship * Conduct post-repair test drives and quality control checks * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment * Support the team through collaboration and mentorship   Performance Essentials * Red Seal Certified Automotive Technician (Journeyman) * Proven experience in diagnostics, electrical, and mechanical systems * High attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, team-based shop environment * Proficiency with diagnostic equipment, repair software, and OEM tools * Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract * Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week), with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance   Bannister Accessories * Competitive wages with a performance-based structure * Extended benefits package, including health, dental, and vision care * Group RSP contribution program for long-term financial support * Unlimited career growth across the Bannister Automotive Group — internal candidates are prioritized * Ongoing training and professional development * Relocation assistance available for out-of-town candidates * Signing and performance bonuses * Employee referral program — earn up to $5,000 when you refer successful hires   Bannister Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing a respectful, inclusive workplace.
