JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Automotive technicians/mechanics perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency, and in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• We run a busy, clean, productive shop with a team environment and factory training
• Automotive technicians diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc., to specification
• Automotive technicians provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
• Automotive technicians explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay up-to-date with rapidly changing technology

QUALIFICATIONS:

• We are looking for a B+ level Technician who is currently in a dealership setting
• Must have dealership experience
• Must be willing to invest and grow in your chosen profession
• Continue to engage in mandatory paid training
• Possess a valid driver’s license of 3+ years
