Core Responsibilities: Comprehensive Vehicle Diagnostics - Use advanced diagnostic equipment and your technical expertise to accurately identify vehicle issues and develop effective repair strategies Expert Repairs & Maintenance - Perform a wide variety of automotive repairs and maintenance services with precision and attention to detail Digital Vehicle Inspections - Conduct thorough digital inspections that provide transparent documentation for customers and support our commitment to honest service Quality Assurance - Ensure all work meets our high standards and manufacturer specifications Customer Communication Support - Collaborate with service advisors to explain technical findings and repair recommendations to customers Continuous Learning - Stay current with evolving automotive technology through ongoing training and professional development Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven Technical Expertise - Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of automotive systems and components ASE Certifications - Current ASE certifications required (we provide cash bonuses for additional certifications!)
