Description

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician (2-3 years) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong background in automotive maintenance and repair. Our customers trust us with a wide range of both domestic and foreign vehicles, Your service responsibilities will include:

  • Examine all vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required, communicate effectively the status of vehicle findings and repairs with supervisor.
  • Perform all work as outlined on the repair order, with efficiency and accuracy, and in accordance with company and factory standards.
  • Ensure that all work performed is thorough, accurate, and completed in a timely fashion.
  • Road-test vehicles after service.
  • Maintain a high degree of concentration to prevent “comebacks”.
  • Maintain a clean bay, bench and work area at the end of each shift.

Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to operate diagnostic equipment and interpret diagnostic codes. Knowledge of welding techniques.

The successful candidate will have completed the Automotive Service Technician course, (journeyman preferred) and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
