JOB DESCRIPTION

Our automotive service center is looking for a reliable Ford, Chyrsler and/or GM Automotive Technician to join our team. The Automotive Technician must be properly licensed and must have the experience necessary to provide our customers with optimum service. Most of our customers drive trucks, sport utility vehicles, and passenger vans, but we see our fair share of sedans and coupes as well. We offer competitive salaries and generous benefits.

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be willing to participate in in-house training
  • Must be able to operate all auto repair tools

Responsibilities
  • Maintains a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair
  • Conducts extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers’ problems and provide accurate repair recommendations
  • Inspects vehicles according to the state’s requirements for emissions and safety
  • Conducts necessary repairs and takes vehicles for test drives to verify soundness
  • Maintains legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records
  • Cleans and maintains the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety
  • Performs other duties as assigned
