We are looking for an experienced Master Automotive Technician with a solid background in vehicle diagnostics and maintenance, particularly GM vehicles (GM certification not required) and late-model pre-owned vehicles. If you have a passion for problem-solving and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we want you to join our team!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician, with preference given to those with certifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail when diagnosing issues.
  • Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration and customer service.
  • Unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Highly professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
  • Basic computer and internet skills.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting for both customer and dealership vehicles.
  • Execute repairs and maintenance across various systems, including mechanical, electrical, and transmission.
  • Use advanced tools and equipment to identify and resolve complex automotive issues.
  • Maintain accurate service records, track parts usage, and recommend additional maintenance when needed.
  • Thoroughly complete repair orders as assigned.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure all repairs meet high standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory documentation, shop policies, and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department to coordinate efforts.
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure smooth operations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES

  • ASE certifications a plus
  • Must have your own toolbox
