Seeking technicians to diagnose and present solutions, with integrity, transparency and a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests. Expand knowledge and grow in experience, as an automotive technician across a wide range of foreign and domestic vehicles Complete accurate, and transparent digital courtesy vehicle inspections. Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns effectively. Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate findings related to guest concerns Work together as a team, to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results. Qualifications Qualifications: Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic ASE Certifications preferred Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles Meet or exceed hourly goals Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes Professional appearance and strong communication A desire for long-term career development Physical Requirements: Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools Walk/stand for the majority of their workday Drive manual transmissions vehicles Efficiently navigate a computer Additional Information Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
