JOB OVERVIEW

Being a technician right now is tough. Or at least that’s how you’ve been led to feel by what’s happening. Being told “ there’s no cars right now, or hang in there it will get better, or it’s like this everywhere” it’s soul crushing. The truth is the business changed, how customers respond to advertising changed. It’s not like there’s less cars out there on the road. There’s more now than ever. But where they’re going and what they need to make a decision to move forward with a repair is definitely different.
We focus on driving the right cars to our stores. Customers that are interested in actually fixing their vehicle. Being able to show pictures to the guest makes a difference. Having payment options to allow customers to spread the repair out over time, regardless of credit, makes a difference.
We’re looking for a few good techs to help with our expansion. If you have a passion for doing the job right, you may have found home.
