JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced,skilled, and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair with experience in diagnosing and resolving vehicle issues. This role requires proficiency in working with various automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and powertrain components. The Automotive Technician will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our customers while ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role, preferably with dealership experience.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems, including powertrain, alignment, and automotive electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and techniques for effective troubleshooting.
  • Experience with diesel engine repair is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics related to vehicle systems.
  • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of auto estimating processes is advantageous.
  • Welding skills are considered a plus but not mandatory.

  • Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
  • Repair and replace components such as transmissions, brakes, and exhaust systems.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Interpret schematics and technical manuals to understand vehicle systems and repair procedures.
  • Work on Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
