Responsibilities: * Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs with accuracy and efficiency. * Communicate with the service manager and team to ensure a smooth customer experience. * Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shop environment. * Build customer trust by demonstrating honest and professionalism customer hospitality. Qualifications: * Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic preferred. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to explain technical issues in simple, clear terms. * Team-oriented with a positive attitude. * Valid driver’s license required. * ASE certifications a plus, but not required.
