JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers. This role requires proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle systems, including powertrain and electrical components. The Automotive Technician will work with both gasoline and diesel engines, ensuring that all repairs meet industry standards.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Technician is required.
• Dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and vehicle maintenance is essential.
• Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, alignment procedures, diesel engine repair, welding techniques, and auto estimating is a plus.

• Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Repair and replace automotive components such as transmissions, powertrains, and electrical systems.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Interpret schematics and technical manuals to assist in diagnostics and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the service department.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair needs clearly to clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) and GM vehicles.
