We are currently looking for a Level 2/ Level 3 qualified technician/mechanic to join our team.

We are a highly efficient & well organised garage with a high turnover of cars per day. The majority of our customer base is made up of vehicles aged 1 - 8 years old, with more and more customers choosing to use us for their first/second service or first MOT. We see a vast range of vehicles from Bentley & Porsche to Nissan, Dacia & Ford.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • A certificate in Light Vehicle Maintenance Level 2 and solid work experience in the automotive industry. (Level 3 would be a bonus)
  • The ability to work in a competent and efficient manner on your own or part of a busy team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • The ability to carry out work to high standards to deadlines.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach.
  • The ability to accurately follow job cards and spoken instructions.
  • A full driving licence.
Responsibilities
  • Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance..
  • Repairing or replacing broken or defective parts and resolving defects.
  • Replacement of tyres & carrying out puncture repairs
  • Road testing vehicles to check repairs.
  • Following checklists to ensure all procedures are completed.
  • Completing all documentation to the required standard.
  • MOT tests (if certificates held)
  • Diagnostics (if candidate has relevant experience)
