To excel in this service role, you will need excellent customer service skills, effective communication skills, and attention to detail. What You’ll Do: The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Our technicians inspect and repair a wide range of pre-owned makes and models up to 12 years old. 190 Point Vehicle Inspection Lube, filter, flushes Brake system and tire repair Suspension and alignments Vehicle Drivability Air Conditioning Diagnosis and Repair Light Line work to include – Gasket and seal repairs, component replacement, water pumps, and alternators Occasional heavy line, engine, and transmission removal and installation, no rebuilds or overhauls What We’re Looking For: Must be state-certified where applicable At least 6 months of previous Automotive Mechanic experience, or Auto Tech School certification Own a set of tools Valid driver’s license and a good driving record High school diploma or the equivalent Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn Respect for teammates and a positive outlook What We Offer Salary of $47K to $75K+ based on experience Our technicians are paid a salary with bonus potential - not a flat rate, and pay is guaranteed Schedule that provides work/life balance Company Paid Training Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401K – 100% match up to 4% Paid vacation Tuition reimbursement Access to leadership and personal development programs Company provided uniforms and tool cabinets Work/life balance Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
