Responsibilities The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunction of vehicles and perform repairs. Accurately document record of all repairs, services and maintenance performed on vehicles in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards. Collaborate with service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs. Perform maintenance and repairs with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards. Qualifications Required: A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician in a dealership setting. Prior Subaru experience is preferred. ASE, Smog, and manufacturer certifications are desired. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Compensation The estimated hourly rate range for this position is $33.80 - $50.00. Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
