Requirements Qualifications & Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience in a professional environment (or equivalent) Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic/computer skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background check and MVR Must be authorized to work in the United States Commitment to safety and following all workplace procedures Preferred Qualifications: Previous European/import automotive experience ASE certifications
