Pay: $38.00 - $41.00/hour Flat-rate (negotiable) + Productivity bonuses
Expect to Earn (after bonus): $110,000.00 to $120,000.00/year

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST HAVE MIN Automotive Journeyman Ticket, or Apprentices (3rd yr or greater)
• MUST HAVE your own tools
• MUST HAVE sharp attention to detail (critical)
• MUST HAVE high level of communication skills with the ability to communicate to customers, management, and colleagues.
• MUST HAVE the ability to speak perfect English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various automotive systems, including engines, brakes, and transmissions.
• Utilize hand and power tools to diagnose and fix mechanical issues efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while lifting heavy components as necessary.
• Stay updated on automotive technology and repair techniques to enhance service quality.
